V12 stands for “version 2012” – obviously hinting at a V12 engine! Modifications include the new carbon propeller, the skate profile and suspension and an aerodynamic tail fin (this will also be handy for adding sponsor graphics).

The testing has been done on wheels (skates swapped for rollerblade wheels). A lot warmer than ice testing but the little wheels were a bit scary at 34 km/h!
